The St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission seeks a Director of Operations for the America’s Center Complex. Position is responsible for the direction of all daily building operations and functions necessary to operate and maintain the complex. Duties include insuring building licenses, life-safety codes and industry operating standards are met; interfacing with building contractors, trade unions, building and public safety inspectors and utilities companies; and over-site of facility building projects, including new construction and renovations. Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering and 5-7 yrs related experience is required. Experience with Unions is desirable. Certified Facility Executive (CFE) Credential is a plus.
